Equipped with a powerful 280 sizes brushless motor, pre-installed 3.5g digital servos and 10Amp ESC the Mustang has great all round performance and thanks to its speed, a realistic look in the air. This great looking model in fact utilises the same power system as the Edge 540QQ providing it with the sort of speed and performance not normally seen in warbirds of this size.
The P-51 features a lightweight and durable airframe constructed from EPS foam with many scale details moulded in during manufacture; details such as panel lines and cowling screws. Additional scale features are enhanced by the pre-painted colour scheme and markings of Cripes A Mighty 3rd a P51 flown by Major George E Preddy of the USAAF 352nd Fighter Group, 487th Fighter Squadron, stationed at RAF Bodney, England in August 1944.
Aimed primarily at intermediate to experienced pilots looking for a WWII fighter that is slightly larger and higher performing than an ultra micro, able to fly in smaller spaces, this P51 Mustang fits the bill nicely.
