DescriptionThe world of micro models just took a giant leap into the jet age with this fantastic little MiG15 ducted fan model from E-flite. This four channel model with its on board AS3X technology and its scale inlet and exhaust ducting brings a whole new flying experience to modellers that prefer to fly smaller scale models. The red and white pre-painted all foam airframe features an accurate scale outline with moulded panel lines, hatches and dummy guns, whilst the swept-back wing has the distinctive "wing fences" on the upper surface. For even more realism in the air the tricycle landing gear may be quickly and easily removed allowing the model to be hand launched and belly landed safely back to ground with minimal risk of damage. Onboard the model features AS3X technology; an onboard system which automatically monitors, corrects and enhances the movements of the control surfaces enabling what might otherwise be a relatively difficult model to fly to be flown smoothly and easily, even in light winds. The Delta V 180 28mm fan unit is perfectly matched to the BL180 brushless fan motor delivering real jet like performance whilst E-flite's 200mAh 2S Li-Po battery provides ample duration. Pre-installed performance linear servos give crisp control of the rudder elevator and ailerons, and with nothing else to buy it's simply a matter of binding any suitable DSM2 or DSMX transmitter to the onboard receiver/ESC unit.
